November is quite chilly, yet it can still be possible to sit on the terraces of cafes and restaurants wrapped in a soft blanket on the nicer days. If you schedule your Budapest visit at the beginning of November, you can enjoy better weather, but you will miss out on the Christmas markets opening in mid-November.
